Why does everyone think I am so damn sensative? As I told Nick, I am still the "newguy" here and I don't always get the "inside jokes" so sometimes my responses may be out of place. In addition I don't really have a hold of your guy's "flow" so in many ways I am "unintentionally asking for it" if that makes sense.

As with any non-person to person interaction satire/sarcastic comments are easily misunderstood. I guess I just try to be clear. In addition since I am not part of "the click" often times I don't get responses the way others do to their jokes so I may feel the need to elicit a response (this is however usually in jest anyway). I am relaxed though, just usally a little lost.
