First off, this is a myth. I would LOVE to watch you guys go "Cow Tipping".
Since he'll be in Sac, check out Fox & Goose, it's a very chill pub not too far from UCDMC. Downtown Sac isn't bad and same with Old Sac. There are some good bars with live bands in downtown. RPM if fun as well and not too expensive.
