Turned it over to the Department. Chair will forward to the Academic Dishonesty Committee. Recommended they get a zero on the exam (which would drop them from an A to C- in the lab and possibly fail the course), but not expelled. The ADC is pretty firm. Student may get bounced.

It isn't hard to get a previous test version. During my time at sac state, I had a lot of previous keys of the test from my buddies. I would assume some comes from graduate assistants who has a friend in that teacher's class but different time when he helps out so he's willing to get the guy the answers. That's just my take on it.
