If I took off my crossbars then I'll make it in most garages but my antenna won't let me clear anything cause it sits 1/2" higher than my crossbars My current height of the car with crossbars on is 78"-79".

I doubt anybody's car here will be taller than mine

Chicken has a 2" lift and I think his basket clears his garage. Chicken please confirm.

Hmm my Explorer sits about 2" higher than stock (suspension lift + taller tires) which based on published specs means it should be at about 75" tall and it still fits into my garage no problem.

Hmmm.....I might have to go remeasure to see. Googling my car's specs, it says the height is 67" plus the 4" lift, 70 series tires compared to the stock 225/55/17, and the yakima crossbars which add around 3"-4".

Well assuming your lift gave you 4" of height at the top of the car, you get an additional inch from the tires. That puts you at 72" + the 4 inches from the roof rack is about 76" anything on top of the rack may make you too tall for a standard 7' garage door opening.

I might just have to start releasing pressure from my tires to get into the garage

Been there done that with my parents pass-thru garage.

Huge rented truck. We hauled in something like 60-70 80lb bags of concrete..

When we unloaded and went to leave, it almost took out the garage trim. My dad said, "well guess we have to reload some to make it out." I said nah, deflate the tires lol.

A lot easier.

Install a built-in air system so you can automatically air down when you get home and then air up when pull out of the garage to leave lol

There's probably some posts somewhere about someone putting an air compressor in the trunk of their Subaru.
