today of all days...
today is my wife's birthday, so being the nice guy that i am (and she got me a bunch of cool isht for christmas + her being on-board with the G35 thing) i decide to send some roses to her at work. well, the damn florist calls me up and says there's cops surrounding the building and not letting anybody in or out. apparently, some jackass left a non-descript suitcase in a random part of their building, somebody else freaked out and called the cops. after talking to my wife, she said the bomb squad was there and getting ready to blow it up in a nearby field.
