the first scene in that movie is so badass. funny thing... i actually liked the book less than the movie. the meandering ending was muuuuuch longer in the book. even though the rest of it was even more brutally awesome.

The last 15 minutes of the movie really ruined it for me. The end just didn't go along with the pace of the rest of the movie. I know they were staying true to the book, but it just didn't work well.
