they deduct the equivalent daily ammount for the services that are down from my monthly bill.
this is not the first time i've had significant down time. problem is, i live in a neighborhood that is 30~40 years old. cable wiring is old, so comcast would just be "ok". phone wiring is old, so att is just "ok". fiber doesn't exist out here, so that's not an option.
today they replaced the line from my house to the neighborhood box. my phone is 100% clearer and dsl speed tests are a bit quicker.

There was just a nasal allergy treatment commercial. At the end when they were going through all of the legal/fine print stuff, one of the things they said was "If, you're allergic to Astepro, don't use it." Is that really the point we're at now? We have to tell consumers not to use something if their allergic to it to cover our asses from a legal standpoint?
