Bad Taste is a funny, but very violently gross movie. One of Peter Jacksons (Lord of the Rings) first films.

it was Peter Jackson's first film...shot entirely without a script over a four year period without a budget by Peter and his Aussie freinds...
the special effects are atrocious, but for all the thought, vision and effort that went into it, the movie was great.
there is one shot where they blow up a sheep for no rhyme or reason and there is parts all throughout the film that are cheesy and disgusting.

one place this guys head gets blown up and if you watch it frame by frame you can't even tell where the edit is when the replace his head with a watermelon.

the films aweful, but it's good from the aspect that it's a home made film by a director that really did something with himself.

If you watch Garden State with the commentary, he says what kind of bike it is. They used 2 or 3 I think. He said it was a ***** to start and keep started.
