i'm more of a "one a day" kind of guy. usually between 11am and 3pm.


there's a dude i work with who has a total routine down. banana at 7am. powerbar at 9am. crap at 11am. lunch at noon. rockstar at 2pm. go home at 4pm. when he used to live closer to work he would go home at lunch to take a crap and watch cops.

lol eh its not always twice a day. I usually like to take a dump around 1ish before I leave work then go to the gym. Sometimes blow it up at the gym as well.
