Most teams that I've seen in our softball league puts the weakest player at right field. Maybe they put you there cause you suck?

Right Center, Left Center, and Left field gets a lot of play

That's all about practice. I have a pretty decent arm and I'm good with juding the ball when it's popped up or a fly ball towards left which is why I was put into left field.
