I ****ing hate support.
I'm about to lose it on this guy. I have two boxes. They are 99.9% identical (the reason they are not 100% identical is because one works and the other doesn't). I have run the same firmware, etc. I tell him that, he says "we should consider this critical update." He doesn't do any evaluation on why this critical update might resolve my issue, or why the one server works with the same hardware and firmware and this one doesn't, etc, etc. God dammit

But actually, unless he can fix this like ... now, as soon as we're off the phone I'm calling my vendor and asking for a new server. I've already wasted a day and a half on this ****ing thing.
