I saw the dumbest cop this morning.
I'm on 50 E, heading towards Rancho Cambodia, just past the Watt on-ramp. I'm probably a half-mile past it, when I see in my mirror a motorcycle fly on to the freeway from Watt and just cut across all four lanes on the freeway - from #4 to #1. All I could tell when I saw it was that it was a Harley type bike, not really who was on it. The guy on the bike gets closer to me, and finally I can see in my mirror a badge on his helmet. Oh, wow, that retard was a cop. So I move over; the car behind me is tailgating me anyway, and she must not realize the cop is directly behind her. Clearly she doesn't, because she floors it up to like 85 to pass me, then realizes the cop is there, slows and moves in front of me. He pulls along side her car, looks in at her, seems like he's motioning at something (possibly telling her he may need to give her a breathalizer) as his bike drifts over towards the shoulder..you know, since he isn't watching the road. He realizes his change of lane position as his bike hits the raised shoulder (maybe an inch or so higher than the road surface), he gets all wobbly and nearly eats a facefull of **** on his morning commute.
What a dumb ***. He was a city cop, either Sac or Folsom, #652 on the bike.

Rampage apparently was pissed off that he lossed and... is obviously a psycho path so he can't be arrested? Hmm, money wins like OJ simpson won again!

yeah, I like how prison is some luxury where you have to be mentally fit to be in it. Out in the community who cares if you're mentally fit! But prison, oh no, can't put a mentally unfit person in there!

Wow....that was intense an flashback.
I plugged in my new laser printer, let it warm up, and then the cooling fan expelled a wonderous aroma of C4.
