I like the layout/styling/options of these new houses, but I hate how back yards on new houses are non-existent

Problem is I love Roseville so much, LOL. Technically for work it would be smarter to live off of Highway 50(EDH or Folsom) since most of our projects are off of highway 50.

Also, I have trouble enough keeping my smaller backyard/front yard maintained, a few acres would just be a fire hazard since I wouldn't touch it LOL.

Ya, I'm more looking for a traditional house style. I need some what of a yard so the kid can play. If I find a corner lot at some of these newer places they have decent yards.
