Well each shop deals with who ever they like or who gives them a better deal, but when you purposely take info from one subaru and give it to the other subaru, thats taking money out of our pocket, and not only that he lied to everyone, there is 4 different stories he has been telling so far. I understand if you move on and get a job somewhere else, but to take private info with you and then lie about it, its just wrong.
