Why?

You don't have to take the phone out of your pocket, you can see who's calling by looking at your watch, can ignore the call, etc. and it works with WinMo (not just Sony phones).

lol, yeah but when I'm sitting at my desk or in the car it's a lot easier to just check a watch than trying to pull the phone out of my pocket.

I don't own a nice watch, so if I were to get one, it would be this.

Plus, yeah I'd almost be as cool as James Bond.

I'd be better if the watch had a bluetooth connection so you could talk all Dick Tracy style.

THEN YOU WOULDN'T NEED TO PULL YOUR PHONE OUT OF YOUR POCKET AT ALL!!!!!

How about just making the watch in to the phone. Then you don't even need a pocket!
