By the way, what's the weather like in the desert during the day and night this time of year? I'm not sure if I can look that up at Weather.com but maybe I'll try when I get home from work.
We just changed our clocks back from Daylight Saving Time over the weekend but it never feels like we gained much sleep before work the following Monday.

Nevertheless, many people feel the word savings (with an 's') flows more mellifluously off the tongue, and Daylight Savings Time is also in common usage, and can be found in dictionaries.
