none that i am aware of. only big difference between v5 and v6 appearance wise is the v6 got a front lip tacked onto the bumper. this is why if you buy a v5 bumper lacks the holes for a front lip (seen in the '99 2.5RS) whereas the v6 has pre-drilled holes (seen in the '00-'01 2.5RS). v6 spoiler gets a bit more rake to it as well and they change the wheels to the 6 spoke design as opposed to the popular 5 spokes.
