ok so heres the deal, i lowered my car about 8 months ago, and i've noticed lately that the front suspension clunked and popped alot over bumps. my front struts were coming lose and needed to be tightened, so i did, tightened the right front fine, went to the left front and BANG! this is what happened:


it completely sheered, borked, pop its cork

so now im in desperate need of a or 2 front or all 4 struts for an 02-05 wrx sedan or 04 sti, or whatever fits on my car, so i can atleast get it rolling and drivable as its abandoned in my friends garage with the front left suspension apart.

does anyone here have what i need laying around in their garage?
1 stock front left strut for 02-05 wrx
2 front struts for 02-05 wrx
all 4 02-05 wrx or sti struts

Yeah they have em, $100 each. Might want to search around in classifieds to see if a member is selling any, probly cheaper.

you know we actually entertained that idea as a guick fix haha, but the thought of that breaking too and me being left on the side of the road deterred that...with nothing holding the strut in place, my front left tire became crazy wobbly moving my car the 30 feet from the street into the garage

Did it happen to be a white TR w/sti wing & stadium lighting in the grill?

 

had a front strut picked up at the subaru dismantlers, big thx to mr furley.. i owe ya a beer or a joint or sumthing
