Ok got a question..

If a restricted number keeps calling my house phone and never says anything but calls 3-5 times a day at all random times and sometimes late at night... Can i call my phone provider and can they "trace" where the calls are coming from even thought they are blocked?

 

why not call said service provider and ask that same question?

You can block calls that have their caller id blocked. It's a service you may have to pay for though.
