Does anyone have trouble shifting into 1st after coming to a stop? I can feel two notches when I shift into 1st and sometime it gets stuck on the 2nd notch (doesn't lock into place). After clutching out then in then it usually shifts okay. Any idea what could cause this?

 

+1. i feel something similar, but mine wont even go into first. i have to stop completely, and gently put it into 1st.

 

Oh yeah, i went over to DB Tuned in my wrx today and talked about upgrading my 06. Just wanted to say thanks for the input. I will be looking into the mods soon.

 

Semi-drunk post!!!! Just got back from the bars. About to go to bed. I have a class at 9, which means I have to wake up at 7 so I can get the bus on time... oh well. Happy Friday everyone!!!

 

Mine's not that bad, but usually it gets stuck when I'm not ready, then the people behind me are thinking WTF while I try to get it into first. It only happens on a occasion though.
