Working in Win 10 to setup a Kiosk station.

Been messing with Windows Configuration Design. I wish you could just easily regulate the kiosk browser and bing pop boop done.

 

Yeah, more annoyed than anything else.

Did you guys figure out how to disable the edge swipe in Win10?

 

That's a Win10 thing? I have an edge swipe problem. But I figured these terminals are weird... I thought it was an Android thing.

 

We're on PCs.. so no idea what edge swipe you're talking about

 

are you using a touch interface for the kiosks, or mouse and keyboard. If you're using touch then you can swipe from the edge of the screen which grants access to the start menu. It makes it a little more difficult to lock down for public use, and Microsoft does not make it easy to disable.

 

Thats the tablet mode I think?

Mouse and keyboard. I disabled the touch screen. F that noise.

 

Nope it's independent of tablet mode
