I saw the new avatar but I didn't notice the new location...lol.

I'm trying to integrate more aerobics into my workouts now to lose some of that Chipotle.

Haha, actually me = Mr. Too Fat for the SRIC Mt. Bike Crew. I'll hafta clean off and have my bike tuned up and get a bike rack and condition to go with you guys again one of these days. I'm still subscribed to the thread so I usually keep up with the rides that are coming up.

My only other obstacle is that it takes over half the day to go riding, then I'm usually pooped the rest of the day and don't get anything else done.

well get your ho *** out there and just start riding on the street! One or two consecutive rides and you'll start getting stronger if you're pushing it.

Haha, I did. I don't get double-chicken anymore and lately I've been going to the cafeteria for a tuna sammich. Also, I don't eat Chipotle at 10pm anymore, I usually stop after work around 7ish.

It's all about watching your portions.

Me suck at teh ninja edit.
