Alright I got a plan to fix my roommate problems. I'm moving out at the end of the month. No more roommates! For $100 more a month I can rent my own place, so August 1st I'm all clear. Unfortunately I'm guessing I'll be losing my deposite. I don't want to let her know, for fear that the rest of my month will be a living hell. Yes! for solutions.

You should let her know, so she can find new roommates. And if she starts anything, just tell her the STFU and that you at least had the courtesy to tell her you were moving out.
