i started out doing 5 a week, and I don't like taking the two days off it makes me lose motivation, one day off im fine but two days i start to go crazy and have to get back to the gym.

I use Monstercable exclusively, I tried other brands of speaker wire, digital audio cable, component video, etc. etc., even when wiring my car. Monstercables have always been better constructed IMHO.

i do M-W-F-Sun for weights and the time in between i either rest or just go play some basketball
