oversleeping is just as bad as undersleeping. your probly waking up durring rem sleep, try getting only 7hrs tomorrow.

Nah. If my dog wakes me up at 4:30 to go out, I'm tired. If he wakes me up at 6, I'm tired. If I get up at 7:15 with the alarm to let him out, I'm tired. If I lay in bed without getting up at all until 8:30, I'm tired. You're probably right about waking up in rem sleep, but I suspect it's because I'm not getting to rem at all until at least 6 hours of being asleep. I think it is my bed, which sucks because I'm in the middle of a project car, I need a new computer and I would like to move again soon. $600+ for a good mattress is not in the budget.
