Last time i started feeling something come on, I was a head of that **** to try and flush it out.
Vit C in the morning when I wake up with a couple ibuprofen
had 120+ oz of water during the day
at home would have 1-2 spoon fulls of raw honey
ibuprofen pm before bed
repeat

Yeah I started hitting it soon as I got home last night. Had Emergen-C and Tea and bae is visiting so she started taking care of me. Took NiteQyil and passed out. Thankfully my throat isn't sore and it's just nasal/head congestion.
