Yeah it was a wild night. I studied for a couple of hours (had a mid-term this morning), put my wifes new registration sticker on her car, grilled some burgers and watched How I Met Your Mother, then the news. I'm all tuckered out.

Actually, I shouldn't say "stupid place" for the place that didn't have them in stock. The salesguy was actually very good and very prompt in calling me for every update. They just didn't have any in my size on the last 'random' shipment of tires, and the next shipment from Korea wasn't going to be for 2-3 months.

Apparently that guy I interviewed with the other day, the one where pretty much 10 minutes into the lunch we both knew we were looking for different things... Apparently he liked me enough, that he gave me a flying recommendation to this guy who goes into new companies and helps them fill their positions...

I'm going to have lunch with him sometime this week or next, and he said he'll find me a job that fits exactly what i'm looking for...

Which is good, because it's looking like I might have to go up to washington for a few months for this consultanting job... odds are I could come back and switch to some of the Sacramento projects, but mom says that once you're up there they tend to want to keep you up there... and I don't know if I can do grey for 6 months
