I was up till 7am, my backup was up till 8am and someone else in our group picked up the problem. I was still primary oncall so my backup got back on the problem at 4pm and I worked outages most of the night while other stuff had problems. Done working at midnight, up at 6:30 for more calls, here till 9:30 last night, worked a small change at 10, in bed by 11.

Problem is resolved though. I knew we had a hardware failure and finally got approved to bring the system down last night. They found it, replaced it and we're golden :wiggle:

maybe a format/reinstall is a good option at this point? That should rule out software as the cause. If you still have issues, probably a hardware thing.

I don't know how it installs but it will probably cause some weirdness. You could search the registry for keys referencing the program.
