Hi everyone. I tried to buy some DXracer seats -> https://www.dxracer.com/us/en-us/pro...ir_oh-is132-n/

for the office which I tried to sell that they would improve overall productivity by making us more comfortable while sitting all day.

The purchase almost went through until admin department pipes up and says they want the same seats. Then my head honcho boss who is kinda old goes "those look like damn race car seats! we don't need no office racing going on!"

Cancels my purchase and told me to buy real office chairs.. Then he goes on about how his office chair was custom ordered for his back and it cost nearly double what I was trying to buy! WTF?! buying a cheaper and better chair is now not allowed just because of the "look" of the chair?

Chair racist!

Blah. old people are why we cant have anything fun in the government.

Racing seat chairs = racer speed productivity in the office.

This is just common sense right there

That feel when your car is taken apart but you have to go to the parts store to put it back together.

Obviously if government employees are happy and productive then something is wrong, all happiness and productivity should cease immediately!

The alternator belt on the Justy was squealing. I thought it just needed to be tightened but it needed to be aligned with the crank pulley. I don't think it has the right alternator in it. I had to shim it over half an inch to get the alternator pulley in line with the crank pulley.

All I needed where a few washers to shim it. I literally walked around my neighborhood looking in gutters for a washer. I found 3 and it worked out.

Oh and the pivot bolt for the alternator was bad.
