holy ****ing **** that is insane, the car got totally ripped in pieces and the people walked away. ive seen tiny accidents where people get paralyzed and ****. they need that 1 million dollar passenger safety thing for dodge neons haha!

Looks like they've updated that article.
Right now it says the guy claiming to be the passenger is the registered owner. He had a BAC of .09 (owned) and had blood on his mouth. The 5-0 said that though both airbags had deployed, only the drivers bag had blood on it. The 'passenger' still says that the 'driver' ran off.
It also says they believe the accident may be the result of a street race that had been arranged at a recent party in Beverly Hills and that the Enzo was traveling in excess of 120.

Those things are dropping like flies. That's the second one that I've seen totally totaled. 399, 397, 396,... limited production is becoming even more limited. Maybe that's why cars like that hold their value so well.
