If in mobile homes (Rio Linda) or vehicles, evacuate them and get inside a substantial shelter. If no shelter is available, lie flat in the nearest ditch (WTF?) or other low spot and cover your head with your hands.

A few actually touched down and caused some damage. I just watched the news and a bunch of apartments and a Raleys out in the natomas area sustained some pretty good damage. This one poor loady had a porta potty blown into her car, it destroyed the drivers door! The news had some footage of some of the funnel clouds and lightning, pretty amazing.

Yeah the Raleys that got damaged is the Raleys where we meet every week. I think I'm going to cruise over there right now. I'll take pics of the damage if there really is any.

The funnel cloud will skip right over low spots like that. That's also why you see footage of so many people in underpasses during tornadoes.

Ok, here we go!!
Media Frenzy:

FREEZE!!! CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF.....Dangerous buildings?

Shells Roof (notice how it's on the ground
):

Prices are really going through the roof at that salon!!!

Random garbage:

Roof or chunk from something. It's styrofoam so I'm not sure where it's from. Pieces like this were literally all over the shopping center:

Round Table lost a bunch of tiles. Bonus pic of Fred Durst in the foreground:

Rumor has it the tornado actually touched down on this car, but he was so fast he was able to drive out of it without sustaining any damage. Man those SRT-4s are serious beasts:

Damn, I was hoping for some serious wreckage. I could do that kind of damage blindfolded, with safety scissors. Back when I lived in Houston, we had tornado drills at my elementary school, so we'd all jump under our desks and cover our heads until the sirens turned off. Nowhere near as glamorous as The Wizard of Oz, unfortunately.
