I haven't had one damn ticket today....
A ticket came in and before it was assigned I went up and did it because I figured that it would be assigned to me anyways... after I did it, I went back and checked my queue and it got assigned to one of the consultants... so I went and told him it was already done... To fix to this persons problem was... The Cat-5 cable wasn't all the way in....
So ya... I'm le`superbored
