Too much sleep Wed
Took a two hour nap when I got home yesterday. Woke up to eat dinner and watch a movie. Went to bed by 845

Went 4 days straight at the gym. Was falling asleep at dinner last night around 7:30. Head hit the pillow at 9. Slept straight through until 6:30. It was glorious. Usually I'm up 2-4 times a night.
