today's lesson, shadey people in class

today's lesson, shadey people in class
This is how my day went... (in class)
Chem Lab 300 CRC.
I came late to class while he was taking role-call. I came exactly when he called my name. "You almost lost your spot there. Lucky you came in time or else i would of let someone else on the waiting list take your spot." ... (long lecture video). "Ok class, time to choose your partner. Remember now, that person will be with you the whole semester!" --- I have no idea who anyone was and that classroom is particulary small (about 30 students).
"Lee, who is your partner?"
"i haven't found one yet."

"who in here does not have a partner?"
Two people raised their hands. At that time i felt like i had to choose one of them (male or female). I walked up to the middle of the class and was aiming towards the female.
Suddenly the male that raised his hands jumped out of his seat and ran pass me towards the girl. At that point in my mind, i was like ... wtf..????.
"whatever"
"Alright Lee, i guess i can team u up with different group."
I was stuck with 2 indian guys the whole day.
The whole class time everybody looked confused and wondering why the hell did the other person stole my future partner. I guess lonely people can be shadey too..

no no, im with you there, i wouldve made them finish my lab, then do tech support for my products, then i wouldve beaten another cell microprocessor out of them
