2. I haven't been able to find a good condition 1st Gen 8GB for under $300.
3. I don't want to break my current contract with T-Mo.
4. I don't want to be locked in with AT&T for 2 years.
5. I don't want to pay $95 (900 minutes, unlimited nights/weekends, 200 txt's) to get less than what I get for $53 (1000 minutes, unlimited nights/weekends, 400 txt's) today.
6. Don't care about 3G speeds.
The one negative is I wouldn't mind having a GPS, but I can live without it.

ive never had any problems with it.. so im getting good service for a great price.. who cares. if i could get the same quality at surewest i would do it there..

Yeah that's the thing, I've never had trouble with T-Mobile in the 6 years I've had them, and they've always been cheaper than the other carriers (minus Surewest).
