Car Info: 1999 Impreza L

Tire Question 99 Impreza L

The Stock Tire size is 195/60/15 I just bought some 205/50/15 Are thre any risks of rubbing with the suspension, due to the lower profile? The company said i can test fit the tires but not drive them if i want to return them. Would any one be able to shed some light on this before i head down to the tire shop?

They won't rub, they are smaller than stock.

that tire is miniscule. an elephant could sit on your hood and they wouldnt rub. although you would have severe damage to several things...

LOL I see. At least they are looking out for my/thier best interests. Im hoping the lower profile would speed up my gear ration a bit, as a result of the faster rotation. Thanx alot guyz! : )
