ticket in roseville!!

SO, a few months ago... I got a BS paced ticket while I was driving through roseville. The officer didn't even put his patrol number on the ticket and got the license plate info and car description info wrong on my car. I fought the ticket by written declaration and got a guilty verdict! and they didn't respond to my request for traffic school. grrrr....

that's the end of my rant...

Well it never hurts to call them and explain your problem. I think (and I THINK) you may get them on a technicality(sp?) for not getting the right info on your car. Hey you never know...

Good Luck

I should have had them on a technicality... but apparently the judge didn't think so

yeah, that happened to a friend of mine... wrong license plate number, wrong car info... lol, be he still had the signature on the ticket... so the judge threw the wrong info thing out the window and he still got the ticket.
