Yeah, $35ish for a set of tuner lugs. Nothing crazy, just ones that fit aftermarket wheels correctly, and I have a set so you can mount your wheels up right away and no immediate need for 'em

I'ts probably not your air filter, just your driving habits. I can get 5 more mpg if I take it easy on the car, I just never do

Regardless, wheeels aren't gonna change it.

I come to a complete stop on the freeway several times on my commute. Granted I do not stop as much as I expect you do on Sunrise, but I go from stopped to the speed limit... Yeah, the speed limit... and back to stopped several times and I suspect the WOT runs are what kill my mileage...

Besides, I bet Mr. AX3 gets better mileage than you with .5L more engine and modifications; and he has the same commute.

Something strange is afoot at the Circle K.
Last I checked I was getting about 17-18MPG. That might have changed a little lately now that I'm actually playing with the tune.

I find that post exhaust I tend to short shift to avoid the "street racer" nonsense at every light. 3-3.5K is normal for casual stuck in traffic shifts. Pre exhaust I would run it up to 4-4.5K because it was so much quieter.

But acording to my dyno I've got plenty of torque down low. 3250 was my peak. @260 ft-lbs. I'm working on adding some more up top.

I don't WOT it very often, pretty much never, but in the morning I do like to zoom ahead of the traffic and get through most of the greens on Sunrise, so that probably doesn't help my gas mileage.

Aaron, thanks, I'll let you know if I'll have the wheels by this weekend.
