Anyone else suffering with severe allergies btw? today I think I might actually die

 

Even with the allergy meds I have been sneezing more, and my eyes have been more watery this morning.

 

Been doing the nasal pray stuff for a couple weeks.

yesterday and this morning I still had to take a pill on top of that

 

which spray? nasonex?
which pill? allegra?
