so did anyone see the article in the sacbee? chp can now pull you over if your car "looks" lowered, if your exhaust is somewhat loud, and if you have stickers on your windows (which is obviously proof that you street race OMGF GAY ****). all of these are probable cause for a cop to pull you over now.
