9spd on the road is weak sauce. The whole reason I'd be buying that though is to ride it fixed in the winter and maybe some throughout the rest of the year. Good pedal training and leg strengthening when you have to use your legs to slow the bike and you can't stop pedaling

Hehe. Actually. I'm not taking the job afterall. It's one of those too good to be true things. I wasn't going to be working for UCDMC. I was going to be working for Stantec during construction administration on the new Surgery center expansion project being built on the back of the hospital.

In reality I have a much better future (quicker) by staying at HMC.
