CBS 5 did locate one of the people associated with the video -- an Arizona State University student named Aaron, who didn't give his last name. He also refused to talk about the video.
After letting him know the incident was under investigation, the video disappeared from YouTube.

I wouldn't be too worried about this if I were that guy. If he's got a lambo, he should have enough money for top quality representation, which means even if they do charge him this will be knocked down to something that will result in a slap on the wrist.

he took down his site...
when he saw reporters at his house, he backed out of his driveway so fast he ran over the flower bushes...
he removed all his videos about it on youtube...
he had the admin on azstreetscene delete everything on that site about the video, and they made a sticky about it saying no one is allowed to mention it anymore. They know who him and his friends are. They have him admitting to doing it on public streets... He really has no defense at this point and I think they will try to make an example out of him and through the book at him... I think this guy might actually face some real jail time... Think about all the youtube videos and what not of the parent beatings and fights, they eventually get tracked down and someone ends up in jail, I think this guy is pretty ****ed especially since his plate comes in pretty damn clear
