It's funny how growth hormones work.
I, for one, can't grow facial hair and have a slight dusting of body hair.
However, I'm 6' 4" tall...almost a foot taller than hatterooooo.
Ra88it, is much shorter than I, but has a 5 o'clock shadow by noon.
And if GT35 is to be believed, Ra88it has volumous body hair.

i'm 5' 9" w/ a slouch (a honest 5' 10" if i'd stand straight) and i'm not nearly as hairy as some, but i am semi-wookie from the waist down.
i'm glad it stops at my waist cus i'd hate to have one of those rug-chests. yuk!
i don't think the rule is 100% true thought.
sasquatch pretty much solidifies that.

holy **** today is going by kind of almost maybe fast. Today is my Friday but I work Saturday and Sunday mornings so that cancels out 
And Italian body hair FTL. My facial hair starts out really slow but once it gets to a certain point it just explodes and then I look like a bum that stole a subaru
