I unexpectedly got ALL of next week AND tomorrow off, PAID. Guess my company didn't want me spreadin' da rumors or da bad speak about the jorb. Oh well, I took my drug test already for my new job, time to sit at home and play video games in a massive alcohol and drug enduced haze for the next 10 days 
EDIT: Just so you know, there are other interesting theories about the earth's history afloat out there, try searching for the "Snowball Earth" theory. Pretty good evidence that at one time the earth was completely covered in ice, not just some small ice age.
