:rotfl: !! I remember last time it was raining you just resealed the entire thing and you swore it was sealed for good... then it stopped raining.... guess your epoxy skillz are weak

Epoxy tends to be a poor sealer as usually it cures very hard, and will crack over time in large applications. So it would have been a poor choice for this application

I used 3M 'Marine Sealant' and we had full coverage. The nature of subaru sunroofs is that they are designed to pool water and drain out of four drain tubes. Unfortunately, due to the rail design, it makes it difficult to get a good seal. We did the best that we could, and apparently we weren't successful. Time to try again.
