I used 3M 'Marine Sealant' and we had full coverage. The nature of subaru sunroofs is that they are designed to pool water and drain out of four drain tubes. Unfortunately, due to the rail design, it makes it difficult to get a good seal. We did the best that we could, and apparently we weren't successful. Time to try again.
