Heh, yeah :| The lawn was getting pretty long - today was the first time I'd ever filled the mower bag on the front lawn. Then I had to edge, pull some weeds and sweep.

The back lawn is even bigger so that should be fun. Our yards are relatively small too, I can't imagine what it'd be like with a full sized yard - screw that.

Actually the front yard is really small there. Were there crazy weeds and jungle grass?

I feel your pain having to mow that entire lawn all at once. What is it about 5 feet by 10 feet - if that?

Please tell me you don't have one of those metro-electric mowers...

nah it's gas. The mowing is actually the easy part, it was the weed pulling and sweeping up that took so long.

When we bought our current house, I took one look at all the grass and said "eff that" and hired someone to take care of the yards. I would rather pay the $120 a month to have the yards done every week than do it myself...

i once let my front yard get so bad, aaron offered to bring down some field and brush mower thing from his parents. now the yard is nicely edged and mowed, and the bushes are always shaped.
