I weighed myself here at work today. The last time I weighed myself, I was about 228 on the scale. Today I was 224. I'm thinking the cast probably weighs 8-10lbs, so that means I'm about 214lbs now. Sucks :\

agreed...your initial drop will be muscle mass...then the weight will start to go back up as the fat content rises and catches back up.

don't worry, you'll be back to 275 in no time.

If I get out of this cast next week I'll be allowed to start riding a stationary bike or a roadie on a trainer. So actually, if I can finally start exercising again I'll be good.
