Yeah, I know the van isn't black, but their van could be in the shop and this is the loaner form the local dealership.

It's a Amish group hopping out of a friggen van (for funeral services for the girls killed at an Amish schoolhouse.)

It’s possible that RCPD has a requirement for officers to request code 2 assistance when there are multiple persons in a vehicle.

or you could blame the backwards hat.

well... not rcpd. but, i was making a joke to the car they were driving(camaro) and the exhaust they had. Also, the backwards hat was the passenger. They cuffed both and had them on the curb. then asked if they could search the car. then asked abotu the trunk...like normal(well...like they usually do) and yea... ended up letting them go after writing a ticket for something. dunno exactly what though.

Maybe they got busted for "open container". Since the Camaro is a hatchback and technically has no trunk, per se, the bottle would be considered readily available for the vehicle occupants. I knew a guy from my high school who got busted like that after we graduated.

That's the joke behind my comment. Some Mennonites dress like the Amish, but are alllowed to have cars, usually plain and painted black.

technically all they need is suspision to search the areas of the car that are directly available to the ocupants, but they need to prove probable cause the search areas like the trunk of a normal car. so camaro owners are ****ed because its all one compartment.
