6. define objections
7. meet objections

10. follow up
It talks about the process the buyer goes through during the steps, how to get the buyer in to those steps, communicating to determine issues and meet their issues then get them to buy.
Pretty easy actually, but cool to see all the stuff broken down. It's easier for me to pwn sales vendors now.

so I have to analyze the obligations, ideals, and circumstances in some given information for my English class. The given information has to do with sterilization of the mentally retarded and whether its moral to do so or not. I'm going to offend soooooo many people
