Is he out of Elk Grove/Sac area? The only reason why I had brought the car to the dealership in the first place was for a free oil change they owed me. Thats when they found the V/C's leaking and stated it was needing replacement and covered under warranty. I figured to save myself time from doing the spark plugs I would just have them do it while they were there. Also I think I was quoted that because the service adviser is a noob, but he won't be there in the morning when I drop it off so I will just talk to the other adviser to see what he says.

Exactly what I am saying. I will be pointing this out to them tomorrow when I drop the car off.

He then asked why I wanted to change the spark plugs as they're not due until 105k.

I have never laughed so loud in my life. I mean when ever we did warranty work on customers cars at the dealership I worked at and they asked for additional work to be done in the same area and didn't take that much additional labor we would pro rate the labor.

So tomorrow when I drop the car off I am going to ask what they normally charge to change spark plugs.

Thoughts and prayers
Sacramento Infiniti, in the auto mall? They've gone down hill since the dealership sold about 10 years ago. When I worked there in college they were great, and then even gave my mom 'employee pricing' for 5+ years after I stopped working there.

Appreciate the good thoughts!

Yeah, my friend works at the Nissan dealer in Elk Grove. I think he and maybe one other person are the only ones that can drive or work on the GTRs

Ah yes... We have so many requests we've turned off Windows Updates on our servers since we don't have time to test and validate what works and what doesn't.
